2. Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial for all paid plans. During the trial period:

  • You have full access to all features of your selected plan
  • No payment is required during the trial
  • You can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged
  • If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings dashboard
  • Contacting our support team at support@qrcodecreator.io

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your QR codes will remain functional until the subscription expires
  • After expiration, dynamic QR codes may stop redirecting (data is retained for 30 days)

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if you're not satisfied with our service
  • Technical issues: If we fail to deliver promised features due to technical problems on our end
  • Duplicate charges: In case of accidental duplicate billing
  • Unauthorized charges: If you were charged without authorization

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made after 7 days of payment (for first-time subscribers)
  • Partial month usage after the 7-day period
  • Unused features or services
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after the refund eligibility period

4.3 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. Provide any relevant transaction or invoice details
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to reflect in your account
  • UPI/Netbanking: 3-7 business days
  • Wallet payments: 1-3 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

7. Downgrade Policy

If you wish to downgrade your plan instead of cancelling:

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for the difference between plans
  • You retain access to higher-tier features until the current period ends

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
